Deliveries may be delayed due to carrier constraints.
Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours and you can expect most orders to ship in 3-5 days. Because most of our brands ship direct from their warehouses to your front door - you're getting authentic gear straight from the manufacturer complete with manufacturer warranties - shipping times can vary. The product pages on GovX.com contain exact shipping windows for each brand.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID 19 there may be some unexpected order delays. We ask for your patience on all orders as we are working with all of our brands to make sure orders deliver in a timely manner.
Please note that some orders may take longer to process and ship, including:
- APO/FPO shipments can take a little longer. Hang tight—your order is definitely on its way, and we’ll send you tracking numbers as soon as we have them.
- Made-to-order products or custom gear. You can find this information on the specified product page on our site.
How is my order shipped?
Most orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer, so shipping carriers may vary. Most orders are shipped using USPS, UPS/UPS SurePost or FedEx/FedEx SmartPost.
All APO/FPO and PO Box addresses ship USPS. Products that cannot be delivered to APO/FPO or PO Boxes will indicate this restriction on the product page of the GovX website.
What does it mean if the order status is "Processing"?
An order status of "Processing" means your order has been entered into our system and has been sent to the manufacturer... or multiple manufacturers, depending on your order. The order status will remain as "Processing" until we receive shipment tracking information back from the manufacturer(s).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email from GovX the minute we receive the tracking information in our system.
If your order status is still showing "Processing" after 48 hours, it does not necessarily mean that your order has not shipped. It simply means we have not received the tracking information from the manufacturer.
Can I expedite shipping on my order?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer expedited shipping on orders unless specifically indicated at time of purchase. For example, from time to time, we may run promotions that advertise guaranteed delivery by a certain date (especially for the holidays). Unless you have purchased during one of these promotions, GovX cannot guarantee expedited delivery on any order.
However, please rest assured that GovX and all our brand partners are dedicated to getting your order delivered as quickly as possible.
