How do I receive the tickets once I’ve made the purchase?

Because we are only providing a discount for the tickets, not selling them directly, whichever team or event that we are partnering with for that particular discount is responsible for delivering the tickets to you.

The majority of our ticket partners send the tickets in the form of an E-ticket, which is sent via email and can be printed and scanned at the event. Some events do have the option to have tickets mailed out as well, so it’s important to note how your tickets are being sent out to you.

*Any inquiries or issues with the delivery of tickets should be directed to the vendor, not at GovX.

Service Fees:

We at GovX do not charge any service fees for any offers through our site. Any service fees applied at checkout come from the ticket vendor directly.

    Whether or not there is a promotional code is dependent upon the even you are referring to. Typically, the discount is passed automatically from our site to our ticketing partner.
